Lady KNIGHTS Softball conditioning begins today at the football stadium at 3000 Lockhart Road starting at 3:30 till 4:30. Come prepared to run, jump rope, and other agility drills to get ready for the 2021 softball season.   Regular Softball practice will begin on February 1st.   Contact Coach Grigsby with any questions!
